These terms cover how the template packs, layout systems and print-ready kits from Bulk Studio may be used, what you can expect from us, and where our responsibility ends. They apply from the moment you download a pack or open a source file.
Each pack is supplied as layered source files with editable grids, named layers and swatch libraries. You may adapt, rebrand and reuse the layouts for client work, internal documents and your own projects. Reselling or redistributing the source files as a competing template library is not permitted.
You are responsible for the content you place into a layout, for checking that fonts and images you substitute are properly licensed, and for reviewing print-ready exports before sending them to a printer. The usage note and font substitution list shipped with each pack are part of these terms.
Packs are provided as working layouts, not as legal, tax or financial advice. We are not liable for printing errors, missed deadlines or losses that follow from edits made after download. Where a file fails to open or a layer is missing, contact us and we will supply a corrected version.
You may stop using a pack at any time. We may retire a pack from the catalogue or update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with the date they take effect. Continued use of a downloaded pack after an update means you accept the revised terms.
