What working with a template pack actually looks like

For the two-person studio in Pretoria rebranding a deck the night before a pitch, or the church media team turning a flyer around before Sunday. Layered source files, named layers and swatch libraries mean the layout is already built, so you spend the time on the message instead of the grid.

What the pack terms actually mean

A few words in our catalogue get read in different ways. Here is how we use them, so you know what lands in your download folder before you commit a working afternoon to a rebrand.

Editable means layered source

Every pack opens as a layered working file, not a flattened export. Text frames, image placeholders and grid guides sit on named layers, so swapping a typeface or a brand colour does not mean rebuilding master pages from scratch.

Print-ready, not print-guaranteed

Export presets are tuned for A4, A5 and US Letter with bleed and crop marks included. Final colour accuracy still depends on your printer and paper stock, so always run a proof sheet before a full flyer run.

Fonts are listed, not bundled

Each pack ships with a substitution list covering common swaps between Inter, Space Grotesk and system fallbacks. We do not redistribute licensed fonts, so check your own licence before a client-facing deck goes out.

One licence, one studio

A pack covers the studio or team that downloads it, including client work produced under your name. Reselling the source files as a template product, or handing them to another agency, falls outside that scope.

Sample sheets are full layouts

The free sample is a complete page from a live pack, not a watermarked preview. Use it to test your typeface swaps and export settings before deciding whether the full grid system fits your workflow.

Updates replace, they do not stack

When a pack is revised, the new version replaces the previous download in your library. Keep your own renamed copies of anything already in production, since re-downloading will not merge old and new layers.

If a term here still reads two ways for your situation, write to info@templatesbulk.com or call +27(17)4024617. The studio is in Johannesburg, and replies usually go out within a working day.

What you actually get when a deadline is close

Every pack is built for the moment before a client meeting, a Sunday service or a product drop. You open the layered source file, swap the swatches, replace the typeface from the substitution list, and export. No rebuilding master pages from scratch.

The catalogue covers pitch decks, invoice and quote sheets, social carousels, event flyers, CV layouts and product label sheets. Each download includes a plain-language usage note and a short walkthrough video.

Named layers, editable grids

Text frames, image placeholders and background shapes are labelled. You can hide, duplicate or restyle a single element without hunting through the layer stack.

Swatch libraries that travel

Each pack includes a colour library tied to the layout. Swap the ochre accent for your own brand colour once, and every artboard updates.

Print presets for A4, A5 and US Letter

Export presets are already set for bleed, crop marks and CMYK conversion. A screen-optimised PDF variant is included for email delivery.

Font substitution notes

If you do not have the original typeface, the substitution list shows which system font or free alternative keeps the spacing intact.

Bulk Studio for clients

Packs that pair well with your first brief

Most clients start with one pack, then come back for the sheets that sit next to it. These three cover the usual order: pitch, bill, campaign.

Pitch Deck Pack

24 layered slides for client-facing decks

Cover, agenda, team, case study, pricing and closing masters. Named layers mean a two-person studio can swap typefaces and brand colours without rebuilding grids.

A4, A5 and US Letter export presets, plus a print-safe CMYK variant for handouts.

Invoice and Quote Set

Three billing sheets on one grid

A quote sheet, a tax-ready invoice and a short receipt. Line items, tax rows and totals stay separate, so adding or removing a row never breaks alignment.

Swatch library tied to the studio palette, with substitution notes for common office typefaces.

Carousel and Flyer Kit

One grid across social and print

1:1 carousel slides, 4:5 portrait posts and A5 event flyers share the same grid, so a campaign holds together across formats. Headline, caption and credit layers are named.

Screen-ready PNG and print-ready PDF presets for flyer runs.
